Sencillo tienes que entrar al BIOS y habilitar las características de
virtualización tu PC/Servidor para podersela exponer al módulo del kernel
KVM sino no podrás virtualizar en proxmox. Al parecer la tenías antes
habilitado, y por algún motivo como BIOS reset to default, se deshabilitó y
ahora no arrancan dichas VM y si los contenedores. Salu2.
