In this case, you should install 3D extension of gvSIG. You can download the latest build at : http://downloads.gvsig.org/pub/gvSIG-desktop/devel/gvSIG-1_9/ext/3D/10/ working with build 1245 of gvSIG. Hope this helps, Cheers.
