It could be a problem with captial letters in table names. Towards the bottom of your error message it reads:
Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: relation "public.TstPostGIS" does not exist Try storing that table as "public.tstpostgis" (all small caps) instead. Handling capitalization in SQL is an absolute pain in the a** because every SQL server has its own ideas about how that should be done. Hope that helps.
