Hi,
There is a compilation of natives in gvSIG 2.0 for Ubuntu 10.04 32 bits.
This new libraries are in the maven repository. The
.gvsig.platform.properties file should be something like this.
native_platform=linux
native_distribution=Ubuntu-10.04
native_compiler=gcc4
native_arch=i386
native_libraryType=dynamic
export
native_classifier=${native_platform}-${native_distribution}-${native_compiler}-${native_arch}-${native_libraryType}
