Bruno,

It is not possible to directly import and display Google maps in gvSIG.

I am pretty sure that Google Maps/Earth Terms of Service prohibits the
extraction and use of imagery provided by the service in this way.

Depending on the country where you live the legislation relevant to copyright
may have fair use provisions that allow you to copy small parts of published
works for personal study. Check you local laws to see if this is applicable.

In such a situation, you can only really grab a snapshot of the screen however
and this snapshot needs to be registered in order to see the image in context.
gvSIG can register images using the 'Georeferencing Tool' (accessed by the
buttons on the toolbar).

Remember though that creation and publication of derived works are strictly
prohibited under the above mentioned Terms of Service. If you need aerial
photography for your work see if you can access high quality imagery from you
local government authorities (councils, state or federal government) or the
person that has asked you to do your work. Imagery is not really expensive if
you need them for commercial purposes. If you need for private use most
government agencies I have worked with are happy to provide access to imagery
if you let them know why you need them.
