Hi,
Just would like to request that the recently updated Proj4 omerc codes
(http://trac.osgeo.org/proj/ticket/62) be updated into gv_sig.
This patch should allow for the RSO projection to be used. At the moment,
if I choose epsg:29873 as the projection, i get the error
"java.lang.Exception:In Proj4 Projection Oblique Mercator not admit azimut and
spin axis"
