the international mailing list was used as by users as by developers of the
project in English spoken. Due to the increasing sending of e-mails about
development issues on the list, a new mailing list for English spoken
developers has been created [1], so the existing international list is
considered the English spoken users list. You can be registered to the new
developers mailing list from [1].
