I cannot see any attachment  in your message.

You can delete the files under \gvSIGMobile\log if they are too large, then 
start gvSIG Mobile.

Or do you mean a single file is leaving you without memory?

Can you send us the largest log file in a zip file? Perhaps there's some error 
message being printed again and again.

If you have used the "gvSIG...withPhoneme.cab" installer, you can read here 
about alternative ways to install gvSIG Mobile:
