Hi, The BS claims 12 hours of playback time. I've never actually played it for 12 hours straight, but with Bluetooth off, I can tell you that the one time I did time it, I got an hour and a half recording time when recording to a mono MP3 at 44.1 using the internal microphone. In addition to that, I got 8 hours and 40 minutes straight of music playback connected to a set of external speakers with the volume at 12.
Since I would imagine that recording time takes more processor power than playback, I think it's fair to expect about 12 hours of playback at normal speed. Of course, if you use Bluetooth or play materials at fast speeds a lot, this will probably drain the battery faster.
