Another interesting thing... This may have
absolutely nothing to do with anything, but you said to include
details... I have 2 accounts with Audible. I have activated them
both successfully on the BookSense. When I go to My Library in 1
account, the BookSense is chosen as my primary device, so I can
download Enhanced formatted. files. With the other account, I don't
even have the option to choose the BookSense as my primary
device. It worked previously. I realize this may be an Audible
problem, and I intend to call their technical support, but I thought
I would check with you guys first... just in case Audible tech support asks me.

If the BookSense looses Audible activation, it means you would have to
reactivate it using the Audible manager by using your Audible username
and password. Do you have to do this, or do you just have to transfer
the books again for them to play.
