Hello Gary. I'll forward these details to HIMS so they can test this based on the book you mentioned.

Many thanks.

Providing further details as requested, the crash happened while
listening to Part 2 of Command Decision, Vatta's War Book 4. I don't
recall the point in the book exactly when it happened, but I think there
was around 3 hours left. I had already checked the elapsed time and
total time with the 0 key several times before in this book without a
problem. I have also checked several times since, and playing resumes
normally.

I have listened to 21 audible files since my BookSense arrived, a
combination of books and magazines all in format 4, and this particular
problem has only occurred 3 times, twice with the original firmware and
once with this firmware. So, it doesn't happen often, but is very
annoying when it does, especially if the crash happens a long time after
the last stopping place. For some reason, the BookSense occasionally
crashes after speaking the time elapsed and total time information
instead of switching back to the play mode.

Subject: [GW-Booksense] Audible Books Still Stick On 0

While listening to an Audible book in format 4 with the BookSense XT and
1.1 firmware, I pressed 0 to check remaining time in the book. Play did
not resume, and the BookSense did not respond to any keys until I
performed a reset. The book is on the SD card. I had this problem with
the previous firmware, but this is the first time with this firmware.
