Hi members of the gw-booksense list and members of the GW staff. I
would like to thank the GW Micro Technical Support team for taking
care of the problems I'm having with my BookSense very promptly. They
recieved my defective unit this Tuesday and they've just sent me a new
one yesterday.

I'm currently in high school and get many of my books from RFB&D so I
would really like to see a firmware update that would enable the
BookSense to play these types of books very soon. I'm currently using
a CD player to read one of my text books and I find that the
navigation is intuitive but the machine is very slow. It takes me
around 10 to 15 seconds to get to a page when it hardly takes any time
at all when reading with the BookSense. This is making it diffficult
to be productive in my class and to keep up with the reading that is
asigned every day. It takes me two hours to finnish a chapter when it
would probably take me 30 to 45 minutes with a faster machine but any
who enough of my complaining. Again please come out with a firmware
update soon GW! I have two suggestions for the BookSense. The first is
the ability to set multiple alarms. For example a person might want an
alarm for week days and an alarm for weekends. My second suggestion is
for the BookSense to announce its battery level when charging. It now
just says battery charging using AC power. I would like it to say
battery level x charging using AC power. This would help if I had to
unplug it before it is completely charged or just want to know how
much longer it will take to charge. Thanks for reading this email. Any
feedback you have is greatly appreciated. Thanks again GW Micro for
great customer service!

Louis
