Did you try a reset by holding down the 4 key and the reset
button? If that doesn't work, here are some things you can
attempt. Try taking out your SD card with the BookSense powered
on. Then reinsert it. If that doesn't work, put your SD card in a
card reader connected to your PC. Open Windows Explorer. Cursor to
the letter name of your card. Press alt-enter for
properties. Now press ctrl-tab twice until you get to the
tools page. Press the start button on check disk for errors. Check
the fix file system errors. Then press the start button again. You
should hear a sound when it is done. This should only take a few
seconds give or take, depending on the size of your card.
