Let me put it this way, since I started using this 16gb sd card, the
booksense would power itself off once a day while listening to nls books.
I've listened to several mp3 books and books from audible without any
problems on this same card.

Unless your 16GB card is corrupt, this shouldn't have any effect on
things... "shouldn't" being the operative word here. (Smile!) I am using
a 32GB card, and I am not having the problem you describe. If the size of
the card is a factor, though, it would be nice to know so it can be
corrected.
