Have you activated your BookSense using Audible Manager? To do this,
while in Audible Manager, you press alt-D. First you have to add the
BookSense as a new device. When you press alt-D, the very first
thing you will land on will be: "Add new device." You will be taken
to the web page where you can choose the BookSense, so make sure you
are connected to the Internet. I believe it is listed under HIMS...
or however you spell it. Once you have selected the device, press
okay to download the software. Now press alt-D again. Then you
cursor down to "Activate device." Press enter. Wait for a
couple of seconds. If you don't hear anything, your BookSense has
been activated. You will only get a message if it has not been
activated. Press alt-D again to choose your mobile device. Enter on
that. You will find a combo box. Cursor to the BookSense. Press enter.
Hope this helps. If you have already followed these steps, perhaps
this info will help someone else.

Greetings. I'm having trouble downloading Audible content to my
Booksense. I've setup an account and gotten the Audible Manager on my
PC. I've signed up with Audible and gotten a book in my library.
However, whenever I hit the Download It link on the different parts of
the book, nothing happens. I've tried activating the links several
times and have checked the flash disk, SD card, and even the Audible
downloads folder on my PC but have yet to see any part of the book,
including the introduction Audible file you get whenever you get a new
account, on anything. I'm using the Booksense XT and Windows Vista on
my PC. Any ideas would be much appreciated. I've looked several times
in the Audible Manager on the PC and can't find anywhere to spur the
download process from the material in my Audible Library from the PC
end.
Many thanks,
Wayne

Jeremiah 29:11-14 (Amplified Bible)
11For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the
Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to
give you hope in your final outcome.
12Then you will call upon Me, and you will come and pray to Me,
and I will hear and heed you.
13Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital
necessity] and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.(A)
14I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will release you
from captivity and gather you from all the nations and all the places
to which I have driven you, says the Lord, and I will bring you back
to the place from which I caused you to be carried away captive.
