No such command that I know of.
How about using that little slide switch below the play and record buttons
on the right side?
It's a lock, and, as I carry my Book Sense in my shirt pocket and it gets
bumped a lot, I find that this nice little switch is saving me from a lot of
what you are describing.
I'll bet that's why they built it onto the unit. To stop things from
happening when we least expect it or don't want them to happen.

around to some other random place.
the victor has a keystroke you can use when this happens which will return
you to your previous position; is there any such command for the BS?
