It would be nice to have a feature that allows EITHER reading a single line at a time OR by a sentence. For technical documents in particular, it is expected that the reader will read a physical line at one time.

I know some here have found a partial solution to this problem, but I can't remember what that was. As I say, I had not really had much difficulty with this on other documents. Is it related to how the document was formatted originally? Is this more likely to happen with .txt files than say RTF files?
