Do you mean the Online Training MP3 - 10/23/09 posted?

It looks like use shift-down arrow to select the link then hit your context menu to bring up the context menu. Select save target as, download the mp3 file and save it onto your booksense.

This being a mp3 file, I'd save it under media, maybe in the podcast folder?
