Actually, that is fairly unique to October.
November speaks correctly.as do, timber, december, and limber.
There are certain words that don't seem to be setup correctly for pronunciation 
and they have been 
reported.

Interesting idea on the battery charger. 
I think for now, the extra battery option that Sharon mentioned is the best 
solution.
