I getting the punctuation read, and then only when turning it on. With a
media file playing, pressing the zero once quickly will give you the elapsed
time but there is no way that I could see of getting the total time. This
may be because in media files, the sampling and bit rates may differ making
total time unpredictable to the machine. Anyway, I did find the punctuation
read when turning the BookSense on but not when pressing the zero during a
playing file. Interesting problem. As I said previously, the punctuation
is not read when playing a Daisy file. I don't believe it is read in the

Missy, I am not getting the punctuation read that seems to be bothering you.
Perhaps it is how you have the time and date set? I have mine set for 12
hours with AM and PM. Why this should affect how remaining or elapsed time
is concerned is beyond me, but perhaps it does. Time is not read for items
where it can't be determined by the format. It is certainly read whith
daisy books. I did a quick check with some of my items in the meedia
player, but did not check too closely. Since I'm not getting the
punctuation read but am getting readings like 2 hours, 20 minutes and 8
seconds, I would suggest you check with GW tomorrow when the staff is
actually in the office (though one might respond today from home.) I think
Raul is the main point man on BookSense questions.

Thanks for this. I've used the 0 key as you've described, and found that
information, but I don't think the times are in that list you get when you
press and hold 0. I'll double check, but it seemed to only show title,
artest, etc. Still, it's the punctuation that was annoying me more than
anything; wish it could be changed to just say hours, minutes and seconds in
that particular situation.
