I have downloaded music on the booksense numerous times and it works well. Go to the finder and press command N to open a new window. Go to the itunes folder where the music is stored, select it by moving the arrow keys and then press command C to copy the selection to the clipboard. Make sure the booksense is plugged in and it will be listed in the side bar list. Arrow to it and click on it. Once you do this you will see the files and folders already on the book sense.
