Hi, What do you mean by "All of the buttons are stuck"?
If you mean that none of the buttons work, you may have accidently put the key lock on. The key lock switch is the slide switch on the right side of the unit, just below the record button. There are three controls on the right side, the top one is the power/play button, the next one down is the record button and the bottom one is the slide switch that will lock all controls when it is in the down position. Try sliding it up toward the top of the unit and then the rest of your controls should work. If this is not the problem, then you may have to contact support at GW.
