Hi Rich and Kieth. I on the other hand haven't experienced many
problems with my unit. Once the male voice went totally dead on me and
there was nothing I can do to fix it. I talked to GW Micro and they
had me send it to them. I got a new unit back in less than a week. I
don't know why not all of the issues reported can't be reproduced in
other units but I hope GW can find out hthe answer soon. Maybe you
guys should give GW a call and tell them your problems and what you've
tried to do to fix them. I'm sure they'll send you new units if
necessary.
