Hi Raul and list,


 This is a wonderful addition to the Booksense. Thanks so much for letting us 
know about it. I also want to take this opportunity to thank you and Gw Micro 
for all you do for us. Maybe in the minds of some, things aren't done quickly 
enough, but you seem to always be there for us. Even on Thanksgiving you take 
the time to answer emails. There was a message sent out saying that GWMicro 
would be closed Thursday and Friday so their employees could spend time with 
friends and family. Perhaps at this time and always, we can try and remember 
how much is done for us and focus on that rather than how much is not done. It 
is very easy to focus on the negative instead of the positive. Maybe we could 
all change that and be more positive and thankful in the future. If there are 
problems surely they should be reported, but all this fussing about one product 
being better than another, in my opinion, only says that you like or dislike 
one more than the other. Please feel free to use whichever one you like, but if 
you just want to say something is better than another perhaps you could write 
to the person that started the discussion instead of to the whole list. Every 
product is different and all of them do different things, or things are done in 
a different way. Let's all appreciate the products for what they are.
