Hello Cynthia. is this something you can duplicate consistently? If so, can you let me know more specifics such as the document type, and maybe even a copy of the file if possible so we can track this?

navigated to the restore settings option in the advanced menu, the
booksense notified me that it had restored settings and that it would
reboot. After hearing the reset music, low and behold, there were my
favorite settings all done for me. It was so nice! I didn't need to take
the usual extra five minutes to manually reconfigure everything! :)
