Hi,
If your Book Sense has a "Books" folder on it then you really should upgrade
your firmware!
The "Books" folder was on the units with firmware version 1.0, but was
replaced in V1.1 and beyond with a "Documents" folder.
This is the folder into which you would place any TXT, DOC, DOCX, XML, HTM,
BRL, or BRF files to allow the TTS voice to read them for you.
If you go to the GW Micro web site you can download the V2.0 upgrad which
was released on 12-21-09.

Go to the support link and then the download link.
