While I found that comment interesting, I doubt I would ever try it even
though when I travel, I feel like I have to carry a pack of chargers and
stuff that won't quit. It's just the way it is.

I don't think I would like to take the chance of using my charger from my
stream on the booksense. I would be afraid of voiding the warrantee.

inter-changeable.
I take one for both units on the road and keep the other at home.
