Hello. Thanks for the report. I can reproduce this, but if you press the
right arrow twice quickly, you can get past it. I'm not sure if this is
specific to the BookSense, but I will mark this down for further
investigation in any case.
In the mean time, there is at least a work-around.

This book has 227 headings.
Heading level navigation gets stuck on heading 42.
this heading is called Digestion 101 incase I'm off on the heading
number. It falls within chapter five.
