Yes, checked that and it is set to audio. nls books play, rfb says "not
allowed"

digit key. BTW, the number they ask for appears to be universal, same as
for my stream, 7323. When I called rfb and asked what this number was
last summer, they acted surprised they were still prompting for it. I'm
now copying a book to see if it works, but it said key installed
