Ok to all here you go and pay attention... Your key number can be a group of numbers like xx or xxx or xxxx. Notice that I put 2 or 3 or 4 x's for a example with the x's being your key number on your bookSense. INPORTANT WHAT EVER THE NUMBER OF DIGITES OF YOUR KEY, (X'S) IN MY EXAMPLE PRECEEDED WITH THE NUMBER OF 0'S TO ADD UP TO TEN DIGETS IS THE FULL KEY NEEDED TO BE ENTEERTED TO GET YOUR ACTIVATION DOWNLOAD... EXAMPLE; if your bookSense key is 123 then you need to enter 0000000123 in the edit field and then you will get to the next step to download your activation.
