Subject: [GW-Booksense] NLS lockup
Hi folks. I would appreciat it if Raul or a GW staff member would
reply to this message as soon as possible. Are all the NLS lockup
problems solved? I ask because I=I am having a issue with my NLS
books. When I exit an NLS book and then open another one the BookSense
will lock up. I thought it was a problem with the books I was reading
so I deleted them and put new books in the BookSense. The same thing
happened. However, I can open a book, then exit then go back to it
with out a problem. I tried resetting it with both the normal factory
hard resets and reinstalling the firmware without any luck. Any help
you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
