One thing I try to always remember: electronic
gadgets are quirky. They can do strange things at any time to
anybody. For instance, I loaded an RF&BD file, and the BookSense
said the key had failed to process... that it was not authorized to
play the book. I simply cancelled out of the book and reloaded
it. It played fine after that. Sometimes computers act squirrely
when you boot them. The only thing you can do is shut them down and
do a reboot. It is time to be concerned when the strange behavior
happens on a consistent basis.

Hello all,
Last night my BS XT would not turn on and I knew that the battery was at a
level 5. My husband ended up taking the battery out because I couldn't get
it out. This brought the BS XT back to life minus the male voice. We have
yet to do a factory reset which my husband will do sometime today.
Just thought I would inform everyone that this can still happen. I just
thought it would not happen to me. Will let you know what happens with the
factory reset later.

Jeremiah 29:11-14 (Amplified Bible)
11For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the
Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to
give you hope in your final outcome.
12Then you will call upon Me, and you will come and pray to Me,
and I will hear and heed you.
13Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital
necessity] and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.(A)
14I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will release you
from captivity and gather you from all the nations and all the places
to which I have driven you, says the Lord, and I will bring you back
to the place from which I caused you to be carried away captive.
