Hello. We have seen this and are trying to figure out the problem. We
can duplicate it with some text, brl, and html files. Is it possible for
you to send us a copy of a word file which also does this?
many thanks.

Hello all,
Just got my booksense the other day and love it. Yesterday, I was reading my
textbook which is in word format and I set the sleep timer to go off after 5
minutes. After the time was up, the booksense stopped talking. Thinking the
time was up, I pressed play to wake it up. Nothing happened no matter what I
pressed. I turned the booksense off and back on, and after it came up I
pressed play. It just started reading jibberish, random characters and all. I
closed the file and reopened it and it read like normal. Just wondering if
anyone else has seen this? I'm running the latest 2.0 firmware. Thanks,
