This is why I don't feel too badly about having both devices, though I
have
never connected my stream with the BARD site.

The firmware will have to be updated to allow this. Both the stream and
the
new book port plus allow you to play and copy nls cartridges to the
player.

Subject: [GW-Booksense] NLS Cartridges
I believe the problem with cartridges is related to the folder structure
booksense places on any media attached to it. An NLS cartridge isn't
going
to let them alter the cartridge by placing folder names on it and GW won't
see the book files if they are not properly placed. A simple cable could
be used to connect the cartridge to the BookSense, but they won't play
well
together. If you want a book placed on the booksense from a cartridge,
you
must copy the content of the cartridge to your computer, then you must
copy
the folder to the Daisy folder. I suspect it is preferable to place it in
the NLS folder, but it will probably play in any folder listed under the
main daisy folder.
