For those of you who want a proper cable to connect your BookSense to an NLS cartridge, you can get them from either Perkins, ILA, or from Monoprice. I just ordered a 6ft extension gray USB cable from Monoprice for around $3. and those work fine. Read the other messages on NLS cartridges here to find out the caveats of using such a connection. There is not a current way of transferring NLS books to BookSense using this method. In addition, if you connect the NLS cartridge to the BookSense, the BookSense will create its own folder structure on the cartridge and you will still not be able to read the book on the cartridge. However with this cable, you can certainly connect the cartridge to the PC and copy your book that way. and then copy it to the BookSense SD card.

Whether an interface for copying cartridge books to the BookSense will be added in the future is not known at this time, but rest assured all of your messages have been read regarding both sides of the fence on this topic.

Many thanks.
