Dulce,

 

I assume that you selected Favorites via the telephone prompts?  If you did
that (which for some reason you must do via telephone), you should then
connect your unit and then run the NFB program.  At this point the program
recognizes that your unit is attached, queries the NFB service for which
Favorites you have set up previously, and automatically puts them on your
device.

I downloaded the NFB Newsline software with JAVA, but it doesn't transfer my
favorites, and the program  doesn't close unless I reboot.  Any suggestions?
