Hi everyone, I plugged my BookSense in today trying to transfer recordings from the BookSense to my individual folder on my computer. When I open the record folder on the booksense it keeps giving me an error. I did reset the BookSense and the recordings are still on there, however, it still is giving me this error. Any ideas on how I can fix this problem?
