Hello. If your BookSense is not rebooting after the update, you may need
to reset it using the number 4 / reset button method as discussed in the
troubleshooting section of the kb article which gives the upgrade
instructions. This file is also located in the zip file containing the
firmware update.

I just installed the 2.1 firmware -- well I initiated the start of
installation about 15 minutes ago -- and the voice said it would reboot --
it beeped a few times and now has been silent for some minutes. Am I
supposed to reboot this thing manually? I understood the firmware would do a
restart.
How long do I wait before I try turning it on? I don't dare press any of
the buttons.
