in enhanced format when the BookSense crashed. I have Firmware
2.1. The first time was around 2 hours and 50 minutes. After doing
a hard reset, it crashed again at the same spot. After doing
another hard reset, I passed the bad spot by a few seconds and
continued listening. The BookSense crashed again at 2 hours and 55
minutes. I then redownloaded the book in format 4. I'll let you
know what happens. Maybe you could take a look at this particular
book and see if you can reproduce the problem.
