I don't quite understand this problem -- when I connect my booksense to my computer, I get 2 new drive letters, one for the flash drive and one for the SD card in the booksense. Are you saying this has changed? I had no trouble accessing the SD card in order to do the upgrade. --le

Once your SD card has been setup, simply connect the SD card along without the BookSense via a card reader and it will be seen as a BookSense and update on the card. If you have a BookSense XT and you connect it to the pc and it has an SD card, the NFB Newsline software will update both flashdisk and SD card. This is a limitation of that software. So this is why you should use the SD card along without the BookSense if you only want the updates going there.
