I don't quite understand this problem -- when I connect my booksense to my 
computer, I get 2 new drive letters, one for the flash drive and one for the 
SD card in the booksense.  Are you saying this has changed? I had no trouble 
accessing the SD card in order to do the upgrade.

Hi. Once your SD card has been setup, simply connect the SD card along
without the BookSense via a card reader and it will be seen as a
BookSense and update on the card. If you have a BookSense XT and you
connect it to the pc and it has an SD card, the NFB Newsline software
will update both flashdisk and SD card. This is a limitation of that
software. So this is why you should use the SD card along without the
BookSense if you only want the updates going there.
