It's been my experience that if the battery is low enough, nothing works unless you plug the unit in to AC. You can then do a reset. Have you tried pushing the reset button while holding down the #4 key? You need to keep holding that key down for about twenty seconds after you push the reset button. If that doesn't do the trick, you probably have to send it back to GW Micro At 04:08 AM 6/7/2010, you wrote:
