What is "Buddy" software, and how did the word get out? I don't
think it made it to this list, but I'd be interested in hearing about it.

Gary, today my glass is half-full. Just because a feature doesn't make
it sooner than later, it doesn't mean that it's guaranteed to not ever
make it in. I'm sure you would rather have us acknowledge suggestions,
bug reports, and the like rather than simply ignoring all requests. Even
if we cannot deliver right away, acknowledgment for me, still goes a
long way.
