Yeh, I suspect that's what's being asked for, but I think you get similar
functionality by doing the following:
1. Use the up or down arrow keys to get to the time interval.
2. Set the time interval to 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, ..., or so on
with the left and right arrow keys.
3. Arrow down to the jump by time option.
4. Use the left and right arrow keys to jump by the time interval you just
set.

I think he's talking about the way the forward and rewind work on the nls 
dtbm.  You can hold down the forward and rewind key and it will take big 
jumps in the book.
