Hi, one thing which I do is have 2 usb cables already connected to the back of my pc. One has the small type-b-mini end that the BookSense and many cameras, mp3 players, and Sense notetakers use. The other one has the type-a-female so I can connect any usb stick, nls cartridge, or other usb device rather than plugging it into my pc directly. These are 6 foot cables. So there is enough room to go from the back of the PC to the top of my desk. Then if I need to connect my BookSense, phone, or mp3 player to charge it, use it, etc, I just connect it to the right cable. If I need to connect an nls cartridge, usb stick, or other type-a-male usb device, that cable is there as well. These cables both cost me around $2 from monoprice and are well worth it so I don't have to fumble around with cables and they only take up 2 usb ports on my machine.
Many thanks. On 6/20/2010 11:09 AM, Christopher Chaltain wrote: > Yeh, I was going to say there are two reasons whi I might move the SD > card rather than plug my Booksense in via the USB cable.
