Hello, I'm using the Executive products case for the belt clip, along with the lanyard the for the quick-release function. The neck strap should be separated from the smaller piece of the lanyard before attaching it to the booksense. The string part of the lanyard should be threaded through the loop at the top of the booksense. Then the plastic piece on the string has to be put through the string that has been put through the loop at the top of the booksense. (grin) Then the neck strap can be reattached to the lanyard.
