Hello, you should not have to go through the BARD process again as that will just add to the delay. Since you are already approved, you can simply request from us to resend you the key. However NLS books will either play or they won't. I've never heard of a book which starts playing then tells you it's not authorized. If you can demonstrate this for us, that would be great. For that, you will need to give us a call.
