Chris,

When you lost your place, were you using BlueTooth?  I have noticed that if you 
turn off the BookSense while BlueTooth is engaged or you loose a 
BlueTooth connection the BookSense reverts to the point where you started 
reading.  If one is careful to turn off BlueTooth before stopping the book the 
point in the book is correctly remembered.  Obviously, if you are not using the 
BookSense XT, this isn't the issue.
