Do I need to look for any specific voltage because I may actually have something sitting right here which might work? I do, in fact, have a cig charger which came with my GPS. It does plug into the Book Sense USB all right and from what you are telling me, should work unless I need to look for specific voltage requirements.

I am going to be taking quite a long drive and haven't decided whether to order an extra battery for my Book Sense for the long hours of driving or try to power and recharge in and on the car system somehow.
