Why is the hot key for the Placemarker dialog different for Firefox 2 and IE7?
If CTRL-SHIFT-K is pressed While in Firefox 2, Window-Eyes announces, "K," in the uppercase voice. I checked out the Browse Mode hot keys for Firefox and the key was listed as CTRL-K. That wasn't what I remembered from the Readme file. I tried the command, though, and found that it worked. I re-examined the Readme file and learned my memory had not failed me. In IE7 the command mentioned in the Readme file works as expected. I'm saying all this to ask why the keystroke is different depending on which browser is used? In addition, the CTRL-K command conflicts with the Web Search hot key in Firefox. Suzy, The Blind Avenger If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
