Hi. This is not a Window-Eyes issue. I bet if you unload Window-Eyes and
load Narrator, you will find that you cannot do this. The problem is
that not all installs of IE7 exhibit this behavior. A workaround to this
problem is using the shift-l browse mode hot key which takes you to the
prior link.
